Final Animations
What are your strengths?
I believe that while not fully done the animation and it's color scheme will pan out nicely. It's a monochromatic color scheme featuring mostly blue colors as my setting is a skating rink. The skater will be a wooden mannequin who is skating, jumping, and eventually falling on the ice. The simple color scheme also ties into the story line. The story is not very intricate, but is present. Much like a monochromatic color scheme, it is simple while being effective.
What did your critics say about your strengths?
From what I gathered the strengths of my piece were that it was well put together, and made sense. The idea of the monochromatic color scheme was also a winning point. As it was simple and got the point across.
Answer two questions:
I only have the ability to answer one question. Unfortunately because I was only given one to answer, so I apologize. My only question was would I add a colored accessory? The idea of a colored accessory would help strengthen the animation. I could use that accessory to maybe refute the stability and control given off by the colored blue. Since the mannequin is in control most of the animation, but not the whole time. Therefore, using a more dramatic color like red, could represent chaos/lack of control.
